John joined in the Westminster Hall debate today on energy efficiency in building to achieve net zero.
In his comments John pointed out that Building Regulations have included issues of energy conservation since 1972. However they were last updated in 2013. He asked the Minister to comment on when they might next be reviewed in the light of the growing concern on this issue.
John also raised concern at the abrupt cancellation of a policy to achieve zero carbon homes in 2015 recognising that had this not been the case then things would probably be further forward than they are now.
