It is a matter of public record that, with his knowledge of the planning system, John is retained to provide advice to SP Broadway. However in order to ensure that lines are not blurred John undertakes no work for SP Broadway in the constituency.
As an Associate of the company and for projects outside the constituency he is consulted from time to time on an ad hoc basis about national planning policy. As such John has been informed, out of courtesy, that SP Broadway is supporting the public consultation for the potential development of land at Sandhills, outside Oxford. He has no involvement in this and will not be party to any information from SP Broadway on the site.
